5.     Environmental Engineering 1: Physical, chemical and biological characteristics of water, water demand,  sources of water, Screening, Plain sedimentation,  coagulation,  filtration,  Disinfection,  Distribution  of water,  valves,  Miscellaneous  treatment,  terms  in  waste  water engineering, House drainage principles.

6.     Environmental  Engineering 2: Sever design, sever  maintenance,  sewer  materials,  Sever  appurtenances,  disposal  of sewage,  quality of sewage, quality characteristics, treatment of sewage, Air pollution. Noise pollution.

7.     Highway Engineering:  History, geometric  design, classification of soil,  test for highway materials,  Design of flexible payment and rigid pavements.

16.   Bridge Engineering: Introduction, Basic components and terms.

17.   Hydrology: Hydrologic cycle, measurement of rainfall, Computation of average precipitation, runoff.

18.   SOM:  SFD  & BMD, Stresses  in beams,  columns and  struts,  Power  and torsion,  Mohr circle,  Deflection-   Macaulay's method,  Double integration method, conjugate beam method
